Two Weeks

So Julia Karen is coming in two weeks and take a look at her room. Are you embarassed for me that I am even posting such a wreck? You would think this is quite an improvement if you saw the tools that were in there a week ago. Her room has been a storage area for the last bit while Lars has finished up the kitchen and built bunk beds etc. So here we are two weeks to go - wish us luck - oh and before forwarding this on to DCFS remember the post of the boys room, I promise I would never let a baby sleep in this trap (I don't even let the boys go in there).

And in case you thought we were totally unprepared for her, check out the pictures of her closet - first things first right? The picture of the closet is all of her new dresses, her drawers are filled with onsies, sleepers and little outfits - oh the fun of a girl!

you are more prepared than us...and we've just got 10 days. i may not make it though--yesterday i was a 3 and 75% effaced!

seriously, we haven't even gotten the carseat out yet. i have a box of diapers, and some new white onesies and burp cloths, oh, and pacifiers. we SERIOUSLY don't know WHERE this baby will be sleeping. oh, the joys of a tight townhouse...

good luck to you guys!!

I can't wait to hear the news! I am so excited for you to get your little girl! Good luck, hope it doesn't hurt (too) much!!

That first picture looks like my kids' rooms many, many days... But, then again, we're messy over here at the Hall's house...

I love all the little dresses. Just days before Abby was born, I remember just looking at all the little girl clothes we had and trying to imagine a baby girl in our family. It seemed so foreign. Now, I can't imagine us without her. I can't wait to meet little JKLo.

OH I am sure that you will have it all together by the time she makes her big appearance. My kids rooms look like too. It drives me batty because even 1 hour after they clean it its dirty again. I just have to shut the door and pretend its not there.

Candi believe me with two weeks to go just tell Lars to clean and organize the babys room. Because I can't even bend down to clean up my house. When are you scheduled for your c-section? I am just waiting and wondering when the big day is. Hope you have a great day!

And I've been behind in my reading...you are posting like crazy! So fun. D was very excited about Toby's costume...he was bumble bee too!

Girls are fun. Jan has a big load of clothes for you at his house from me. He said he will bring it with him when he comes.
I can't wait to meet her. What is the date? I tried calling the other day but I guess you don't check your machine (he he he);0)

I love it Candi. You are very brave and it really makes me feel better about some of our messy rooms. It does look like she's going to be well-dressed though. Good luck.
